Group Rates

All Group Rates include General Admission to our farm. Explore 10+ acres and over 15 farm activities at your leisure, including over 80 animals to meet and feed, our bounce park, playgrounds, and more. There's no time limit. Stay and explore within our regular business hours!

Chaperones and caretakers are free for schools, educational programs, social service organizations, 501c3s, and organized tourism groups such as travel or bus tour groups exploring our region.

  • Group payments only; please indicate your intended payment method when booking.

  • Payment is due upon arrival unless otherwise arranged. We accept check, credit card, or cash.


Guided- Tour Booking Information

  • Reservation Slot/Group Size: Ideal for 20 to 120 students, divided into tour groups of 40. For groups over 120, please book an additional reservation time.
  • Tour Schedule: Tours start every 30 minutes from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All tours must be reserved in advance.
  • Availability: Tours are available Monday through Friday. Facilitated tours are not available on the weekends. 
  • Belongings: A covered area is provided for personal items and meals. Frog Pond Farm is not responsible for lost or stolen items.


Group Rate Booking Information

  • Reservation Slot/Group Size: Your reservation slot is just your expected arrival time. Ideal for groups of all sizes.
  • Tour Schedule: As this is not a guided tour you are welcome to roam the farm as you please after checking in with the front desk and picking up your animal feed.
  • Availability: Group rates are available 7 days a week
  • Belongings: Frog Pond Farm is not responsible for lost or stolen items.


Additional Information

  • Supervision: Students must be accompanied and supervised by chaperones at all times while on the farm. This includes both guided tour time and activity time.

  • Duration: After the guided tour, you're welcome to enjoy the farm for as long as you'd like during normal business hours.

  • Attire: As a working farm, surfaces can be uneven. Please wear closed-toed shoes suitable for gravel, grass, dirt, sand, or mud.

  • Facilities: Portable restrooms and hand-washing stations are available.

  • Belongings: Frog Pond Farm is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Hydration: There are no water fountains or refill stations; please bring ample drinking water. Water bottles are available for purchase in the farm store.

Please choose a date

  • Participants will be arriving either individually or in small groups via non-commercial vehicle (about 1-6 passengers each)

  • Participants will be arriving via passenger van (about 15 passengers each)

  • Participants will be arriving by bus (either small or large passenger bus)

The minimum cost per group reservation is $250 for guided tours and $150 for group rates, even if your guest count doesn't reach of a total of $250 or $150 total. This $250 or $150 amount can be reached through entry fees only, in-store purchases do not count towards your $250 or $150 minimum.
By signing this waiver, I, on behalf of myself and the participants, agree release Frog Pond Farm LLC, its staff, and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, or actions arising out of or in any way connected with the participant's involvement in the visit to Frog Pond Farm.

Billing Information will DISAPPEAR once a Date, Time, and Ticket Quantity are selected.
