Field Trip Details

  • Guided Tour: Enjoy a 20-minute guided tour through our farm, interacting with over 80 animals across 13+ species. Learn fascinating facts and feed the animals during the tour.

  • Activities: After the tour, explore 15+ farm activities at your leisure, including our bounce park, playgrounds, slides, and more. There's no time limit—stay and play within our regular business hours!

  • Home Base: A covered area will be provided for your group to store lunches and belongings, serving as a gathering spot during your visit.The space is reserved for a 2 hour time period.

Pricing

  • Per Student: $12.00
    • Includes:
      • Guided group tour
      • Animal feed during the tour
  • Teachers & Chaperones: No charge (limited to a 1:1 ratio with students)
  • Minimum Fee: $250.00 per group

  • Group payments are appreciated; please indicate your intended payment method when booking.

  • Payment is due upon arrival unless otherwise arranged. We accept check, credit card, or cash.

Booking Information

  • Reservation Slot/Group Size: Ideal for 20 to 120 students, divided into tour groups of 40. For groups over 120, please book an additional reservation time.

  • Tour Schedule: Tours start every 30 minutes from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All tours must be reserved in advance.

  • Availability: Tours are available Monday through Friday. Facilitated tours are not available on the weekends, but groups are welcome to reserve a party space and engage in a self-guided tour!

Additional Information

  • Supervision: Students must be accompanied and supervised by chaperones at all times while on the farm. This includes both guided tour time and activity time.

  • Duration: After the guided tour, you're welcome to enjoy the farm for as long as you'd like during normal business hours.

  • Attire: As a working farm, surfaces can be uneven. Please wear closed-toed shoes suitable for gravel, grass, dirt, sand, or mud.

  • Facilities: Portable restrooms and hand-washing stations are available.

  • Belongings: A covered area is provided for personal items and meals. Frog Pond Farm is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Hydration: There are no water fountains or refill stations; please bring ample drinking water. Water bottles are available for purchase in the farm store.

  • Participants will be arriving either individually or in small groups via non-commercial vehicle (about 1-6 passengers each)

  • Participants will be arriving via passenger van (about 15 passengers each)

  • Participants will be arriving by bus (either small or large passenger bus)

The minimum cost per group reservation is $250, even if your guest count doesn't reach of a total of $250 total. This $250 amount can be reached through entry fees only, in-store purchases do not count towards your $250 minimum.
By signing this waiver, I, on behalf of myself and the participants, agree release Frog Pond Farm LLC, its staff, and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, or actions arising out of or in any way connected with the participant's involvement in the visit to Frog Pond Farm.
